Observation

First aid kit with medications inside, was observed accessible to children on top of a lunch table. Newly hired Director did not have her file onsite to verify that she has taken First Aid CPR. Documentation that the training has been taken, was not available to be reviewed. First Aid kit missing: small scissors, tweezers, adhesive bandages in various sizes (only one size observed).
